light and shapes

 
I'm shooting with a point and click right now.  I liked the way the light reflected on the crystal pitcher, so I got on the floor and took some shots.

I'm wondering how this would look in black and white.

    These are so great, Helen! I love the dark lighting! The first one is especially intriguing. I love the depth of field, how it seems to get blurrier at the top. I love the light in the second one too. Nice job!
